The bedroom
When playtime is over, the bed is waiting upstairs. Goodnight, Max. The chest of drawers has a flipable design, so it can be turned around and the room arranged from scratch. And if there is energy left, the slide and the skateboard are ready.

Do we assemble it ourselves?
Yes, and that is part of the fun. The pieces click together without glue or tools, and the building instructions take you through it step by step. The set is meant to be assembled together with an adult.
What is in the two rooms?
Downstairs a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and step stool. Upstairs a bedroom with a bed and a chest of drawers, plus a slide and a skateboard for play. Max moves in from day one.
Can we recolour it?
Yes. The house arrives uncoloured, and you can colour over it again and again with Crateit markers. The pigment settles in layers, so you can give the house a new story as often as you like.
Which marker collection should we choose?
It depends on what your child is into. Pastel and Wonderland suit a home with a bathroom and a bedroom. Nature and Forest give earth tones, and Playful is the most classic choice.
Should we choose 1mm or 3mm?
1mm is for details like tiles, patterns and small signs. 3mm is for colouring whole surfaces such as walls and roof. Most people start with 3mm and add 1mm when the child starts drawing more precisely.
Can we build on with the other Roomies sets?
Yes. All four Roomies sets are 52 cm tall and 24 cm deep, so the houses can stand side by side as a larger home. The family grows with every set: Max lives here, Thomas in The Cloud Office, Emma in Couch & Crayons and Camilla in Breakfast in Bed.

Is it safe for younger siblings?
The set is tested and certified to EN71 and recommended from 3 years. We recommend that children under three play under supervision.

The Bubble Nest is the smallest of the four Crateit Roomies houses: a bathroom and a bedroom across two floors, 78 pieces and nine pieces of furniture, designed and made in Denmark.
A house that starts out blank
The house arrives in uncoloured MDF. That is not a shortcoming, it is the whole idea: the child decides whether the bathroom is blue, whether the roof gets a pattern, and whether the bed gets stars. With Crateit markers the colour goes on in layers, so the house can be recoloured again and again.
Two rooms, nine pieces of furniture
The ground floor is a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and step stool. The upper floor is a bedroom with a bed and a chest of drawers, plus a slide and a skateboard. The chest of drawers has a flipable design, so it can be turned around.
Assembled together, not for the child
The 78 pieces click together without glue or tools. The instructions break the house into steps, and the difficulty is Level 2, so it is a job for child and adult together. Afterwards the house can be moved around the room without falling apart.
