All parcels are shipped with GLS. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel weight, destination country and delivery method.

Delivery in Denmark

We deliver to a GLS parcel shop, business address or private address. Orders over DKK 499 ship free.

Delivery in Europe (EU)

We deliver to all EU countries with GLS, to business or private addresses. Orders over €99 ship free.

We currently do not ship outside the EU through the webshop. Contact us at support@crateit.toys if you would like delivery to e.g. Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

Other delivery terms

You have the right to cancel your purchase if a possible longer delivery time is not acceptable to you. You will get your money back within 14 days.

You will always receive a Track and Trace number from GLS so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
