Expect an answer within 2 to 3 working days. If it is a match, we provide price lists, marketing material and access to the B2B platform.

You get a login to our B2B portal. Order around the clock at your contract prices and see stock levels in real time.

What is the minimum order?
A first order typically starts at DKK 8,000.
Where are the products made?
Every Crateit product is designed in Odense, Denmark and made at sheltered Danish workshops. The material is EN71 approved and safe for children from age 3.
How quickly do you deliver?
We stock in Odense. A standard repeat order usually ships within 1 to 3 working days and normally reaches you within 3 to 5 working days in Denmark. Delivery times abroad can be longer.
Do I get marketing material?

What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard terms are usually 14 days net, though it depends on the individual agreement. Payment in advance on the first order. We offer longer terms once trading is established.
