Broken a piece?We will cut a new one.
Crateit sets are laser cut in Odense, which also means we keep every template on file. Has a piece snapped, or gone missing on the way home from holiday? In most cases we can cut a new part and send it to you.
- Find the product number (e.g. C1262) on the box or in your order confirmation
- Take a photo of the broken part, or of the gap where it should be
- Write to us and we will come back quickly with a price and a delivery time
