About Crateit
Crateit develops and sells toys that inspire children and adults to play more. We are a small, ambitious team in Odense in strong growth, and we share a warehouse with our sister company ODINTEK, which sells technology for creative and technical users. You will be primarily responsible for our shared warehouse, which serves both companies under one roof, so your day is varied and you handle everything from toys to technical machines. It is an important role where you ensure that orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.
Your tasks
- Picking and packing webshop and B2B orders from a picking list in Odoo
- Safe packaging of everything from fragile toys to heavy machines
- Preparing and shipping parcels and pallets
- Receiving goods with checks against purchase orders, putaway and restocking
- Recording stock movements in our system (Odoo)
- Ongoing counting and stock status
- Handling returns: receiving, checking and relocating
- Order, tidiness and safety in the warehouse
About you
- You are dependable, show up consistently and work with an eye for detail
- You work in a structured and independent way and take responsibility for your tasks
- You keep the overview in a busy day with many orders
- You thrive in physical work with lifting and movement throughout the day
- You can communicate in Danish in writing and speech, as it is the working language day to day and in contact with colleagues and drivers
It is an advantage if
- You have experience from warehouse, logistics or production (not a requirement)
- You have a driving licence (category B)
- You have experience with a warehouse or ERP system (we use Odoo)
- You can get by in English at a basic level
