Terms of purchase and payment at Crateit.toys

We reserve the right to cancel in case of sold-out items, incorrect stock balances and errors in images and texts.

Once we have received your order, you will get an e-mail with your order confirmation and information about the order - we will then send a tracking number for your parcel as soon as possible.


If some of the items you ordered are not in stock, they are removed from your order and we refund the money as quickly as possible. We do not backorder missing products for later delivery.


The colour shades shown may differ from the actual colours of the products, as colours can vary depending on lighting and the colour rendering of different screens. Furthermore, some of the images on the website may be rendered with filters or colour adjustments that can alter the original colours compared to the physical product.


We include instructions for products where relevant or required. The instructions are written in plain language (Danish or English) or designed as a visual guide. Always read the instructions carefully before starting a new project.


As a general rule, a minor cannot enter into legal transactions or dispose of their assets, cf. the Danish Guardianship Act. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may shop with us with the permission of a guardian.

Crateit ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.


When paying with Visa Electron or Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment is reserved on your account in accordance with your card terms until we capture or reject the payment.


All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark - Kroner (DKK). International customers can pay in EUR, GBP, NOK and USD.


Crateit ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outside parties.

Payment and late payment

Payment must be made no later than the date stated on your order confirmation or invoice. In case of late payment, Crateit ApS is entitled to charge:

  • a reminder fee of DKK 100 per reminder, up to three reminders per invoice, cf. section 9 b of the Danish Interest Act, and
  • default interest from the due date corresponding to the official lending rate of the Danish National Bank plus 8 percent p.a., cf. section 5 of the Danish Interest Act.

In case of continued non-payment, the claim may be transferred to debt collection, where additional costs may be imposed under applicable rules.

Reklamation

The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on defects apply to your purchases.


Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 24-month right of complaint on all goods, which means you can have the item repaired or replaced, get your money back or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.


Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after you discover them. A complaint period of 2 months is considered reasonable.


If the complaint concerns a web order, contact our customer service by e-mail atinfo@crateit.dk. Never return items before you have been in contact with us.


If we determine that you need to return the items, Crateit ApS pays the shipping. This can only be concluded after you have contacted us; it can never be assumed.


Pack the items securely - you bear the responsibility until we have received them. Remember to enclose a copy of the delivery note.

We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: Online purchases

When you shop atcrateit.Toys, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period starts when you have received the item, e.g. when it is placed in your mailbox, when it is, by agreement with you, placed in a shed or similar, or when it is delivered at your workplace. You must pay for the return shipping yourself if you cancel your purchase.


If you cancel your purchase, you must notify us no later than 14 days from the time you received your parcel.

Return the items as quickly as possible and no later than 7 days after you have notified us that you have cancelled your purchase. E-mail:info@crateit.dk


The items must be securely packed, as you bear the responsibility until we have received them. Remember to enclose a copy of the delivery note.


Please note: After receipt you may only handle the items in a way that allows you to establish their nature, characteristics and the way they work. If the item shows signs of use or has been damaged, you must expect to pay for the decrease in value.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed items where you have broken the seal and the item cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

You cannot cancel your purchase by failing to collect your parcel. You must clearly notify us that you have cancelled your purchase.

We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
